How it works
Prospective clients go through an easy process to connect with you by simply searching our site for a compatible counselor based on their location, specific value needs, circumstances and fee structure.
Therapists have the opportunity to connect themselves to prospective clients through introductory counselor videos, biographies, office tours and photos, consequently having the opportunity to “court” their counselors before they ever set foot in their office.
Having been able to connect with you, the clients confidently book an appointment through your live appointment calendar, pay for their appointment through your merchant bank account and download their intake forms.
Prior to their first appointment you may send a follow-up video email letting them know you’re looking forward to meeting with them, and welcoming them to utilize your professional portal page as a hub of resources that include links, articles, etc, strengthening your connection to them.
